Seafood stew!!!. Tin Can and her (its?) sister place Teela Taqueria are worth the ride to Sandy Springs. Period. No one I know does a better fish stew or fish taco like Arte and company and their jalapeno slaw is amazing!!07 Jan, 2015Seafood Stew. The seafood stew is mussels, fish, shrimp and an expertly done broth. It is worth the trip to Sandy Springs.
Tin Can Fish House & Oyster Bar – Yummy!. The 10+- times I have eaten at the Tin Can Fish House I have ordered either the Po’ Boys (usually shrimp), the fried baskets (shrimp or oysters) or the grilled fish dinners. All of the choices have been good and not disappointing. For Atlanta, this is a reasonably priced seafood restaurant with good food and the portions are also ample. I think you will like this restaurant and I know I will go back many times.Buddy W(Atlanta)
Good food. Reasonable prices. Service seems a bit inexperienced but friendly enough. Like the seafood stew and clam chowder. Oysters several different ways. Just added several lobster dishes at reasonable prices. Good neighborhood spot but not sure that I would drive across town to eat here.
Best Seafood Deal in Town. We love fish and oysters and this is our favorite place to get them. We go a few times a month for their raw oysters (specials on Mondays and Thursdays at the bar.) They come from all over and are the freshest ever. They have a yummy selection of baked ones as well for those who don’t go for raw. Fish is also fresh and delish with a variety of preparation choices. And if you like mussels, their Thai mussels are to die for – amazing broth you can soak up with yummy toasted bread. Nik and Arte have been doing fish right for years and they’ve got the system down but they keep coming up with new dishes too. Don’t be scared away by the casual Jimmy Buffet look of the place. The fish is first class. Go. You won’t be disappointed.
BEST SERVICE. Me and my homeboys came in to eat on march 29 and the food was excellent. If I can remember itzamar was are server and she was awesome thanks for a great dining experience ..
Done right horrible! Servers and ownership are the worst! Reflections directly on the owner and there judgement on hiring and training. Would not recommend to anyone. You want good service and fresh food, visit Your local drive thru for better service and food quality. 2 thumbs down
