The 1540 Room was an amazing experience. They serve a global menu in a southern style. The service was quick and the meal very satisfying. Attached to the DeSoto hotel in the historic district it was easy to find.
Ate breakfast at the restaurant during our stay. Liberty Street Benny (their version of eggs Benedict) was very good as were the pancakes. Service was good, not great. Place looks great since renovation. Will try dinner soon since we are close.
