Horrible place. The food isn’t as tasty as I thought it would be. The service here is poor.. ‘Very stingy on pricing and will not substitute items on sandwiches. The wait time was 30 minutes instead of 20 that they indicated. ‘Totally unsatisfied with this restaurant. The customer is not top priority here; which is amazing considering the exorbitant prices.
Really good food! Nice, fresh food. I got the farmich sandwich which had no meat but it was surprisingly really good. We also got the fruit muffin which was good- moist inside and a crusty top. The cookies looked really good too but I’ll have to try those next time.

We walked a mile at a brisk pace to make it to this bakery. First, it is in a sketchy part of town- which I can deal with. However, their service was barely polite and the chocolate cupcake my daughter ordered was inedible. In 17 years I have never seen her throw a cupcake away after one bite, which is exactly what she did. The cake had a flavor similar to the old Easy bake oven mixes of my childhood. Not sweet and sort of bitter, and the frosting tasted like or came out of a can. Very disappointing as this was a cute little place. Maybe we got them on a bad day?
Just dropped by after lunch for dessert. Had a lavender shortbread cookie that was to die for!!! Daughter had the pink lady cupcake and loved it. Can’t wait to try it again.
For breads such as the rosemary ciabatta, this bakery cannot be beat. Their curried chicken sandwich is one of the best I’ve had anywhere. The bacon and cheddar scones are very good. If they would lose the herbs de Provance in their ham and cheddar croissants (at least I think that’s what they put in there – lavendar, anyway), they would be nigh on perfect. This is a great shop worth the drive in from the islands.
Yummy pastries, especially their legendary cupcakes. Yummy coffee. Mexican Coca-Cola (sugar, no corn syrup). Easy parking too!
