Friday Dinner Bonefish Grill. Our first try at Bonefish. Enjoyed it greatly. We eat all over town, this may be one of our favorites. Our server,Tyler was excellent. Quite gregarious and helpful. One of the partners Tony visited our table, quite friendly and open regarding the restaurant as a whole. Definitely a go to again! Thanks

Some of the advertisements on the menu missed the mark. Went to Bonefish grill tonight to check out the New Menu items. I started with the Wagyu Potstickers. The menu plainly states Pan Seared. They are not. I like my Potstickers paned seared in a closed top pot as in the traditional Chinese method. There was no sear associated with these Potstickes. That said they were steamed dumplings with a very good flavor. Next we had the Cold Snap Fresh Ceviche served in a frozen glass made entirely of ice. Not! There was frozen glass made of ice. It was served in a plain old white bowl. It was very fresh and light lots of flavor. For an entree I had the Cold Water Lobster. Now when they label something Cold Water Lobster they mean it is not a Maine Lobster. That said it was well cooked and tender. I especially liked the butter dish they served it with they had a candle under the better that kept it nice and hot the whole time. I also had the upgraded Mushroom Ravioli. Well worth the extra charge. The Succotash of lima beans corn and red bell peppers was not to my liking. My lovely wife had the Rainbow Trout which she enjoyed. We chose the Reunion Melbec from Argentina. Very nice.
