Our waiter was excellent. The wine was great. I just wish they would learn how to make a crust on the dishes that are supposed to have a crust. I used to get the Spiedino di Mare; Shrimp and sea scallops coated with Italian bread crumbs, wood-grilled and topped with our housemade lemon butter sauce. Now why would you coat something with Italian bread crumbs and then serve it soggy. I didnt like that so I switched to The Chicken Prosecco. This is coated with Japanese panko. The whole reason Panko lives is to make a fine crisp coating. Again this dish came to me soggy. Disappointed.01 Oct, 2014Some good some bad. Went to Carrabbas; had the Shrimp Diavolo for starters. This is new and it was wonderful .Had the Veal Marsala and it was terrific. My lovely wife picked the combination dish of Chicken Bryan and Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Tenderloin. The pork tenderloins were so tuff you could not chew them.

Worth the wait…& you will. Just sit at the bar while you wait, too easy. its always packed but its always hot, fresh & delicious. take care when ordering your salad and appetizer- i suggest the garden salad. the house is iceberg with the ribs, the calamari is soggy & a bit too chewy.maybe skip the salad and order the caprese salad appetizer. also, do not order the wine carafe that supposedly has 2 glasses in it. it has one glass and one swallow! if you will be drinking lots of wine it is best to order a bottle. other than that everything is fine. do not expect authentic italian cuisine. its carrabba’s not luigi’s. nevertheless, the food is delicious. enjoy a basket of fresh bread and olive oil before well prepared fish & steaks, al dente pastas, plentiful portions and yummy desserts. one of my favorite dishes is the grilled salmon w/ tomato basil vinaigrette and mashed potatoes or cavatappi amatriciana. the decor is a little tacky but who really cares as long as the food is good. overall, the place has a welcoming vibe.
My favorite resteraunt no matter what state I’m in! The food is always delicious, staff is friendly an over all wonderful experience every time I went.
I went recently and the food was fabulous!! The Pasta Weezey was seasoned with mushrooms and lots of yummy garlic. I also had the italian salad which was an awesome explosion of flavor for my palate. I would definitely recommend oh and the zuchinni fritte is a must!!! We be dining there again 🙂
Server Dependent. I have had excellent food from this restaurant and so-so food–all seem to be related to service. The mashed potatoes are excellent as a side item. The chicken dishes are very tasty. The bread served prior to the meal is fresh and the olive oil and seasoning are exceptional. The salads are good but not quite as well done as the house salad served at the competition.
