Poor Service. One very very very slow barista with trainee that wasn’t even allowed to pour already brewed coffee. Waited in line for thirty minutes (4/25/14) while he produced one specialty coffee. I commented to him nicely that Coastal Empire wouldn’t be in business long if it took 30 minutes each time a coffee had to be created. He informed me that they had been in business 8 weeks and didn’t need my business! I will never go back to that place again. There are too many other good and fast coffee houses in Savannah that do care about my business.
Awesome coffee and baked goods!!. We were visiting Savannah from NY and found this gem! We found it the first day they were open – the owners were extremely welcoming, the baked goods were awesome and the coffee was super fresh! We loved the environment and their selection. We bought some of their Savannah Roasters coffee beans and they made great coffee even when we got home. We would highly recommend anyone in the area or visiting to try it out.
