Egg roll king is usually a very easy, nice place to get delivery from. But today when I called, the women I spoke to was extremely rude and when I asked for a manager she said they were out of town for a week. I won’t be eating here again for a while.
Sesame chicken was good. Egg rolls were great! Fried rice was ok. Beware: no public restroom.
Been looking for a decent Chinese takeout place in Savannah for a while now. Read reviews and decided to try them out. Egg rolls (ironically) are delicious! Their crab rangoons were really good – crispy but not greasy. The cashew chicken was very good. Kung po could’ve been spicier but it was still good. I was very impressed with their steamed rice. Tastes very fresh and not dry like a lot of places. Def suggest calling ahead.
Favorite Chinese Food in town. I have gone to most of the Chinese food restaurants in Savannah, whether take-out or sit-down or all-you-can-eat. They all made me queasy, and no one had good egg rolls (which are my favorite things in the world). I didn’t go to Egg Roll King for awhile because the area seems very sketchy, but after trying it, I’m completely hooked. I go almost every week. They give you SO MUCH FOOD for the price (one combo meal usually feeds me for lunch and dinner), and if you call ahead it’s a really easy in-and-out pickup.
Good service / good price. They do mostly a takeout business. very good food at very reasonable prices.Very nice service friendly and quick.There are very few places in town that serves good Chinese food so it may be worth a little extra drive to go here.
Really Good food. I avoided going for a while because it never looked like they had customers. Boy was I wrong; the customers come at lunch because they have a 3.95 lunch special which includes an entree of the day with pork fried rice (you can get steamed). I enjoy the Kung Pao chicken, the beef with Brocolli, the cashew chicken, and the orange chicken. (PS they have lunch specials on Saturday and Sunday too) great food at a great price
