Done. My husband and I have tried to support our local restaurants, encouraging friends and business acquaintances to join us at Fiore for lunch and dinner. We had 6 in our group last Friday evening. We were seated right away and our drink orders were taken within minutes. Then we waited and waited. It took over 30 minutes to get our drinks, 45 minutes to get appetizers and over 90 minutes to get our food. The restaurant wasn’t that crowded. Now I understand why. What made it worse was that the owner kept coming by the tables and did nothing!! It was obvious that by the time our meals we’re served they had been sitting under heat lights for a while. My husband’s sandwich was inedible! I am done …it will be a long time before I return.

Unremarkable Restaurant in an unremarkable strip shopping center in an unremarkable town. My lovely wife and I went to Fiore Italian Bar and grill in Sandfly for Sunday dinner on the 22nd of June 2014. My wife had the Cioppion which she enjoyed. Unfortunately I had the Spaghetti with Marinara sauce, sausage and a stuffed meatball. Plop plop goes your food in a bowl. Now you would think that someone who says they have been in and knows the restaurant business for forty years would know something about plating and presentation, but apparently not. Not only was my Spaghetti dish served in a big disgusting plop in a bowl. I am sure that most of it was left over from days past. Their famous stuffed meatball had a center of cheese and had no discerning or remarkable taste. The sausage was old dry and had little Italian taste. The canned tomatoes that were mixed in with the sauce had a tin can flavor. We had a cheap bottle of Sangiovese which was served warm.

Great service. Great tomato soup and breadsticks. The calimare hush puppies were yummy. My salad was good and my husband’s dinner special was eh. Pretty and sedate, worth a visit
