I was having a coffee (some food items were outdated andthe bagels were very pricey) and I noticed the staff being very rude to a tableof noticeably homeless and one disabled girl. They kicked the disabled girl outsaying she couldn’t have her service dog with her and kicked the homeless groupout accusing them of stealing (they had coffees) and claiming the homeless geteverything they need for free. They claimed the homeless group was botheringother customers when all I saw them doing was getting a little bit of computertime in. All this being said, the coffee was pretty good, but the staff’skindness and compassion needs lots of work!
