We had a wonderful meal on our last night in Savannah at Garibaldis. We loved the pear salad and mussels. My husband devoured his seafood fettuccine alfredo. And I have never had salmon so delicious. The wait staff is phenomenal. Our waiter was friendly and very knowledgeable with great recommendations. The manager checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our meal. The restaurant itself is gorgeous. We highly recommend this place.
Went 5/8. The ambiance downstairs was great and upstairs, where we ate, was very pretty but it was very loud. The waitress was friendly and did as well as she good.(she didn’t make the food). The wait for the food was extremely long and we just had Lasagna and Sausage spaghetti. First the Lasagna was very, very, disappointing. It was extremely dry, cold, and tasteless. The sausage was like hockey pucks because they were so hard and the spaghetti was just warm. . Neither of us could eat the meal. Very disappointing because of all the reviews we read. Maybe just a bad night. So enjoy a drink and go to another Italian restaurant if you want Lasagna or Sausage Spaghetti or make it at home.Rating – negative
First off the service was 1st class… Swordfish, Crusty Flounder, Chicken Piccatta… all excellent. Wine selections were well served. We were a party of 11 and the service and food were excellent.
GREAT SERVICE!Food was pretty decent but a bit overpriced for the quality.Lobster was bland.Cajun pasta is much spicier than advertised.Drinks are very tasty!
One word- Excellent! Ok, more than one word – the sea scallops were excellent and so was the tilapia! Excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent!
Perfect!!! Just everything was perfect. The food, the staff, the atmosphere perfect!!!The food was out of this world good!! Had a straw berry short cake that was very good desert. A repeat place to go.
Very mediocre. Service was better at the start of the evening. Veal Marsala was too thin and the sauce was not as flavorful as it should be.
