I am from the northern Midwest. We have many type of Mongolian grill. This one needs to travel north & take a lesson. I was first irritated by the fact you only get 1 trip through the line. This may. It seem like a. If deal, but you only have 50 sauce options. If you don’t like it….tough. Next many of the foods were not labeled…mainly the fish which is hard to tell what it is. Next the server did not bring my child a bowl of soup. You know the broth soup which is super cheap to make. Come on seriously. so I gave my child mine. Besides that because I am familiar Mongolian grills & the sauces. I selected my favorite peanut sauce that was more oily then creamy. We gave the food to the cook & sat down. The food was good for me but my table got mixed reviews on the food. To top it all off, I must say that the bathrooms were nasty & out of toilet paper. I will not return.
Food is great, don’t expect anything in the way of service.
Unusual and you will like it.. This restaurant has an unusual approach to making you meal. When you go in they give you a steel bowl. You take the bowl to an open salad like bar and fill the bowl with whatever meat you want. Chicken, chicken thigh, beef tofu, sausage, pork, seafood and whatever they have that day. Then you place a piece of paper over the bowl and go to the vegetable bar. You pile anything and everything they have on top of your paper. Then it is onto the spice bar. You have a little cup to fill with whatever spice your heart desires. Then you take it over to this ten foot wide Mongolian Grill and select a rice or noodle to go with your dish. They cook it all up hibachi style for you and bring it to your table. Your meal is served in a large bowl and it is large and a lot to eat. BIG BIG BIG.
