  Decent, but with some issues…. Overall, our recent dining experience on a Sunday morning around 9:45 AM was decent. The restaurant was busy, yet we were still seated promptly and had coffee within a couple of minutes. Our server was nice and kept checking on us regularly. The bathroom and dining areas were quite clean. There is ample parking in the rear of the restaurant since the tiny front area can fill up fast.My dining partner and I both ordered the Breakfast Sampler with coffee. The food was good and not overly spicy or salty. However, my breakfast arrived with only one sausage link instead of two. The missing sausage situation was quickly rectified, but it should have been noticed along the way before serving. Sadly, when the fresh pancakes arrived a minute or three later, there was a strong odor of bleach on the plates. This did not affect the taste of the pancakes, but the smell was quite noticeable. While I appreciate sanitized dishes, I feel they could have been rinsed off a bit more before use.

  New restaurant in summer 2009. Since this is a new restaurant, everyithing is clean and polished. They’re in a convenient location with ample parking. Seating appears to be plentiful and un-crowded. There’s a fairly large menu with a good variety of food which is well prepared. Service is fast, accurate, and friendly. As I understand it, this restaurant is owned and managed by IHop corporation, and it is not one fo the franchises.
