Pizza is good service is horrible!. This is seriously my favorite pizza in savannah – I used to order from there every week! …except every week I noticed the customer service to be worse and worse.. once, I found a coupon from there in a local magazine and was excited except when I used the coupon it ended up costing me more, HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN!? The owner does not give a damn either because my husband(who has a rapport with him) mentioned the service to him to which he said to make sure we place the order under his(my husbands) name! should all paying customers be treated equal!!!!?? and nothing has changed. oh, once I called in a order for a pizza and when I got there to pick up after I pay the OWNER realized he forgot it in the oven – no sorry, no free soda, nothing. without saying anything he proceeds to make a new pizza and I’m left to sit there and wait, good thing I wasn’t in a hurry x) i’m really sad about this because I like their pizza but there are plenty of other local business’s in savannah that I would rather support-Disgruntled Local
