I am not typically a buffet person, but I loved this southern style lunch buffet. The fried chicken was crispy and very well seasoned. The macaroni and cheese was some of the best I’ve had, and I’ve had a lot in my life. The peach cobbler was great and the banana pudding was nice and light. The restaurant is located in the Double Tree Hotel, but it did not in any way remind me of hotel food. It’s right by City Market so a great location. I will be back for lunch.
