Narobia’s Grits & Gravy is my favorite breakfast spot! My mom and I go every Friday morning. Very affordable and so delicious. They also accept Debit Cards (I noticed this site says Cash only). 5Stars
Narobia’s is a diamond in the rough. But it’s tiny. You might have to wait. I got there at around 7:30 or so for breakfast. For the people who think Mrs Wilkes is all that, this would be pure gastronomical ecstasy. Interestingly, they don’t serve pork. I got the smoked sausage omelette with cheese grits and some coffee. I almost asked if my mom was hiding behind the grill, because those brothers know how to throw down. I’d love to eat there for lunch or dinner, but they close at 2pm. As well they should.
Best biscuits ever. Born in raised in Ga-I know biscuits. Everything our table had was excellent. Will go back again and again
Service was friendly but very slow at 11:30 am on a Friday. Food was worth the wait, pepper steak was so well seasoned, mashed potatoes and gravy were the best I’ve had in years, my son had chicken wings and they were sweet and spicy goodness, my husband’s fried shrimp was light and not overcooked.
Friendly staff, great breakfast food. The food was great, the staff the same. Some friends and I were first time visitors who left feeling like regulars because of the welcoming hospitality of the owner. Recommend the french toast– the best we’d ever eaten!
I had the best chicken biscuit ever here. I wish I lived in Savannah just so I could come back again and again. Loved it!
We walked over around 10:40 and they were slammed busy. We sat outside and waited nearly 45 minutes for our food. But when it came out our food was hot and delicious. The hamburger steak was extremely flavorful and my over easy eggs were cooked perfectly. The wait was outrageous but the staff were friendly and fast with drinks. Definitely worth a try if you get there early.
