Good Salad. Went to the Panera Bread Co. for lunch. My lovely wife had the Chopped Chicken Cobb Salad. The chicken was freshly carved and arranged on the top of the salad in a pleasing way. She said she enjoyed the salad and raved about it several time as she ate. I had the Italian Combo on Ciabatta. To me it seemed to be plan and under embellished. It could have used a little punching up.

It is close to the base so lunch time is pretty packed and hard to find a table at that time but besides that, they were really fast at getting your food out. The soup and sandwiches are really good and fresh. I will be back for sure. Just probably not on my lunch break from work. I recommend this place.

Lunch spot. We went for lunch as a group at a meeting in town and they took really good care of us. The food came out fast, and I thought my pressed Cuban hit all the right notes. Lunch for $10 is in the right zone and I came out no longer full, but not in a food coma for the rest of the meeting.

I know it’s a chain but it doesn’t always feel like one. It’s so delicious and cozy. The food tastes so homemade. my belly is always full and happy when i leave 🙂

A Welcome Addition to Broughton Street. Panera…what a welcome addition to Broughton Street. Finally there is a relaxed, casual and convenient place to escape the heat, enjoy a cold drink and make use of some complimentary WiFi. Nothing special here, if you’ve been to one Panera you have been to them all but there in lies the beauty…it’s familiar, pleasant and convenient. Perhaps a bit unappetizing it’s also worth mentioning that in a historic district greatly lacking in clean and convenient public restroom facilities, Panera comes to the rescue.

Frist Class — all the way !. Panera Bread can boast of top notch soups, sandwiches, pastries, and drinks, and the employees seem perfectily willing to go out of their way to please their customers. They’re courteous, pleasant, fast and accurate. We’ve eaten there a dozen or more times, and on every occasion, have been well pleased. If the weather permits, try eating outside. it’s nice!
