Saigon bistro is one of my favorite restaurants! I have been going for a while now I’ve tried multiple things on the menu. I’ve taken many friends and family members there and they’ve all loved it as well. The pho is amazing, the best I’ve ever had. The staff has always been very polite. Ive been here probably about 50 times and have never had a bad experience! I hope everyone gives this place a try.
The meatball Pho noodle soup very delicious! The broth was very flavorful and the vegetables were fresh. I asked for extra sprouts and limes. Customer service was good the facility is small but clean. This is an awesome place to dine or take home. You will not be disappointed.
I was in town for my birthday and woke up craving pho. I drove out there (it’s a cool drive, not hard to find). I ordered the vegan broth with tofu. Now I’ve had pho in Vietnam so I know what good pho is and I have to say, Saigon Bistro was up there with the best of them. The broth was really hearty, the tofu was fried perfectly and sliced thinly. All the proper accoutrements and condiments were on the table. The waitstaff were very polite but not annoyingly so. Yummy.
