Excellent menu & tons of options. 4 different meals & all were great. Staff was incredibly friendly & polite. Service was extremely fast but all of our food was room temp.
I absolutely love this place!. I come to Savannah once a year on an annual trip to Myrtle Beach, SC. We make the four hour drive to see friends in the area and I always, always, always stop at Sunny Side Up! It might look like a dive but the food is good, the staff is over the top funny and friendly and did I mention the food was good! OMG!! I hate shrimp….I know, I know… but I do, however somehow over grits it’s delicious! I actually hate going for breakfast because I order way too much and take home many containers. Their lunch….the burgers….omg….delicious!! If you are ever in town, check them out!
Seating yourself is tricky on a late Sunday morning. Friendly & fast service. Food is good flat top grill fare.
This place is really good for breakfast and for lunch. They are VERY fast making your food and the waitresses fly by busy. The blt and fries for lunch are good as well as the catfish. Great food!

Very impressed! Service was very friendly and food came quickly. I had the veggie omelette, which was excellent! The quality of grits and biscuits are the best indicator that a Southern place knows breakfast; this place gets an A for biscuits and A+ for grits!
Cheap, fast, friendly. Typical cheap diner food, but tasty. Used real blueberries in the waffles.
