Brand New Restaurant – Really Nice. The NEW Taco Bell on Mall Boulevard is really nice, and it is easy to negotiate, traffic-wise. Everything is new, even the friendly manner in which the employees treat the customers.. Fast service! Decent food! Reasonable pricing! Pleasant environment! A worthwhile improvement over the old restaurant.
