The Noodle Bowl is my favorite Thai place in Savannah. I’ve tasted many of the Pad Thais throughout the city and theirs wins hands-down!! Their portions are large. I could almost drink the peanut sauce that comes with their summer rolls! The day after I had my baby, my husband and his parents ate here. I told them to bring me back summer rolls and steamed dumplings. They’d never tasted better! Really sweet owners, as well.
Mixed feelings. My husband’s chicken teriyaki was surprisingly nice, and food at other tables looked good, but my Tom Yum Soup was disappointing. As another reviewer mentioned, the broth tasted of boullion cubes and lacked the subtlety and complexity generally found in Asian soups. I’d go back to try the non-soup options, except that the promise of noodle soup is what lured me in the first place.
