Service was fast and friendly. Food was amazing! We got the fried fish, and the shrimp and crab au gratin, both were very good. Even the french fries were excellent!
The staff is very friendly and attentive, the food is excellent. I order the stuffed mushrooms, shrimp cocktail and shrimp and grits…words can’t explain how happy my stomach is. The full moon and chatham artillery punch will have you in excellent condition and ready to explore Savannah.
The waitress we had was very honest of what was good and what wasn’t. Her recommendations and the food was great! The bananas foster after dinner was a delight and capped a great experience.
Crab cakes were okay. Mash potatoes were luke warm. I was expecting better due to being near the water. I think I’ll stick to Maryland’ s E&S crab cakes. Nothing I’ve had compares to them. Waiter was good.
Expensive! But cheap looking decor. Great coconut shrimp and BBQ shrimp wrapped in bacon! I ordered a side of asparagus and got 3 sticks of asparagus. Wtf?!? The drinks that were ordered at our table were nasty, way too strong and all the waitress did was offer to bring out some stuff to try to fix them instead of bringing good ones.
Good meal. Very attentive staff, made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable meal. Bouillabase was full of seafood, Pasta Primavera was very tasty and apps (shrimp cocktail and chargrilled oysters) were well presented and delightful.
Read the previous reviews and had pretty much decided to eat somewhere else. However, at times one is outvoted by the women of the household. Thank goodness. We were met at the door with a smile and quickly seated. Our waitress, Samantha, took care of us professionally and efficiently. She rated a 20% tip from the wife. Very rare indeed. The food was great. The beer was cold. Thumbs up rating. We’ll be back.
