Nice Japanese restaurant with a large variety of food options. We enjoyed the Tempura Udon, Curry Udon, and Ramen Noodles. Ramen noodles came with a lot of food but the soup lacked in flavor. Gyoza was good but wasn’t seared properly leaving the dumplings soft. Overall, an adequate establishment with friendly, quick service!
If you ever visit Japan, you will begin to look at sushi in a whole new light. I make sure to get my sushi fix at least 2-3 times a month. So when I first when to visit Savannah to check the place out before moving there permanently, I had to make sure that there was at least ONE decent sushi place. After spending about an hour on the internet, trying to locate a place with good reviews, I came across Wasabi’s.Wasabi’s lives up to it’s name as a ‘fusion’ sushi outlet. The southern take on the rolls are very creative. The waiter recommended some favorites such as the Redneck Roll and a lobster roll (I cannot remember the name exactly but it was so amazing). The fish tasted fresh and the flavors were good. Initially were not sure if we ordered enough food to fill us up but they did.Overall, a good experience and will definitely visit again!
Best rainbow roll I have ever had!! Great food! And the chicken Teriyaki is a huge portion for 8$. Atmosphere is a little dark but the service, food, and prices are worth it.
