Fun, frozen slushies on a hot Georgia day? Perfect! Quietest at the City Market location. Always busy on River Street and because of this the service isn’t exactly always with a smile.Caution: these drinks are STRONG!
What’s not to love about a wall full of frozen drinks on a bit and humid savannah afternoon?! Not only were the drink great and we had fast and attentive service hubby had the gumbo and he said it is the best he ever had and he’s had gumbo in the French Quarter before!
The drinks were awesome and I was presently surprised the food was also. It was served quickly and hot. Everyone liked their meals. I ordered the gumbo which was spectacular. The service was great even thought it was semi-busy. The people watching was a nice plus.
Refreshing Libations. My family was on a weekend trip to Savannah and stopped by Wet Willies’ location on River Street on July 27, 2013.As other reviewers have stated, the frozen drinks are strong but, satisfying and refreshing especially when sightseeing on a warm, humid day.
I’m normally not a fan of frozen drinks, but these are tasty and potent.
The menu that is shown on here is not the available menu. Staff is short and has no patience. Can not comment on the quality of dining since we became so frustrated with the atmosphere that we decided to dine elsewhere.
