we were just at your establishment for over an hour with no service, our appetizer came and then the server never came back for an hour, finally we went to the bar and asked to just get our check and leave, and while I understand I ate the pretzel appetizer I ordered, the server never once came to our table to see if anything was ok or to tell us the kitchen lost our ticket until we were checking out, and the manager had us paying for our app. While I get that we ordered and ate the appetizer, you would think that due to over an hour wait with no service that would have been taken care of to avoid a negative review to your restaurant. I am letting anyone I know to not frequent this establishment, having been in the hospitality business for years, having you customer wait to pay a tab for food that wasnt even delivered is poor management
I was sat on the patio, but couldn’t get service. For some reason the people around me were brought water and had their orders taken, but I was passed over. I asked the hostess for service, she said she would get someone. No one came. I asked again, she said she was sorry, but still no service. So I left. I work on Bull Street, I live locally. Maybe they assume they can provide poor service because of all the tourists? Either way, I have an hour for lunch. I can not spend 35 minutes waiting for a server.
Not good but not bad … we’ve had worse. Sat at the bar and had Margarita and beer. Not bad prices. Food was average tasting. My wife had grilled chicken strips and she liked them. I asked if the all-you-can-eat wings were available and the the bartender said yes! I first had the Boss style wings and … ok. Next I had a little hotter style and also ok. Nothing great or memorable. Just ok. When the bill came, it was not all-you-can-eat because that was only for the buffet. I paid $17 for 16 wings!!! I was not happy. So be careful with the bait and switch. Go somewhere else if you want value and great food.
