5 Stars in my book. This restaurant must not be missed if you are near Peachtree City. Very authentic Italian Eatery. We went with a older boy’s soccer team on Saturday November 22. Outstanding food. Started with bread and home made tapenade which was so good, I asked to buy some to take home. Not one complaint. Everyone who went was amazed.My Italian born friend who’s wife could be a 5 star chef said it was as good as they could find on the recent trip to Italy. If you are within 25 miles, you should plan to go here. Worth every mile.
Wonderful. We are in peachtree for a wedding. Didn’t know the area so we happened upon this place. It was amazing. I’m assuming the owner was the waiter…There were about 4 groups of people there at all times and he did a great job. All the food was so hot and some of the best we have ever had. My husband got a macchiato and loved it. ( not a Starbucks but a real coffee) 10 out of 10 for us! If we lived here we would be regulars.
Had the bolognese pasta, it was almost crunchy it was so under cooked. Service was EXTREMELY slow. Waited 30+mins for food and 10+ to clear our table and get a check. Will never go back
Worst service to date. We made a reservation for Friday night for a table of 7. When we arrived they only reserved a table for 4. That was fixed rather quickly but they looked a little irritated that they had to make more room. Then the server who I believe is the son was not very personable and we saw him maybe 4 times the entire evening. Drink order, food order, dessert order and the bill. We had to waive other servers down for refills on our drinks. We sat by the kitchen and watched the server argue with another server. Most people didn’t notice this because they spoke in Italian and it didn’t sound so much like arguing, but you could see it in their expressions. The pizza was good but the speghetti had no flavor at all. Someone else ordered swordfish and said it was not that good. As much as I would like to support a small family restaurant, I can’t in good conscience give this restaurant a good review. Maybe the food would have tasted better if the service was better. We will not return.
Let’s say I have had better frozen Lasgana than at this place. Very disappointed for a family restuarant. They cannot handle a party more than 6. 🙁 Maybe next time…

Wonderful! My husband and I travel to Italy every other year and the food at Borgo Italia is exactly what you would find at a small family owned restaurant in Rome. The Ravioli stuffed with mushrooms and truffle cream was heavenly. The Gnocchi with Gorgonzola cream sauce was divine. If you’re looking for your typical Americanized Italian, save yourself the trouble and go to Olive Garden or Carrabas. If you want a true Italian dining experience, you must try Borga Italia.
