  Our family have been regulars of Chopsticks for quite a few years now and they will always be our go to for Chinese in PTC. Food is consistently excellent even when we try new things. Delivery is always fast and friendly, and although we had an item missing from one of our orders management handled it promptly and made it right. When we eat in service is excellent, server Saylem is awesome . we love to bring our friends from out of town here and they love it.

  Food poisoning horrible food. The worst food we have ever eaten plus going to ER with food poisoning.

  I ordered for delivery and it took an hour and fifteen minutes to get the food (I live five minutes away. Literally). I called after an hour, and the woman I spoke to, apparently the owner naned Maria, was horrible. She said she added a sesame chicken to the order, which I never asked for for a reason- I don’t like sesame chicken. I would have rather been either told from the beginning it would take that long, or obviously they knew enough in advance to put in an extra entree to apologize, so why not call and let me know. I felt bad having suggested Chopstix for dinner for my family- the food is very unexceptional Chinese- and everyone was angry that it took so long. Once it finally arrived two of the four entrees were wrong, and couldn’t even be eaten. Save yourself the headache, bad food and miserable owner, eat at Chin chins across the street. The chicken teriyaki there is very good and not just run of the mill greasy Chinese food.

  Terrible Customer Service. I must say today was one of our worst experiences with a resteraunt delivering and yes that came from Chopsticks China Bistro. Placed a $50 order to be delivered, now I don’t mind so much that it took an hour to be delivered. We can actually chock that up to the weather, but if your going to make a delivery and the order comes wrong(come on). Not only did it come wrong but the Manager tried to argue with me on the phone that they repeated the order so if I did not catch it, it was my faught. So I told her that my calls are recorded and I can show her that they did not repeat the order and that it was there faught. She said that they record there calls also and here still no apology, just excuse. So I drove down there because she said she will deliver it to me but it will take 45mins. I drove to the resteraunt with my broken foot and she didn’t want to hear the recording nor was she trying hear me out. Once again she argued with me with no apology and proceeded to call her driver back with our food. No apology, No let me take this off your bill, No admitting she was wrong. Well they lost our business and I hope you have better luck then we had.

  Chopsticks china bistro. Peachtree City. There are Chopsticks China Bistros all over the Peachtree city – Atlanta area. This one is in the Fresh Market shopping center along with Georgia Shrimp on Rt 54. This is by far the best Chinese Restaurant in Peachtree City, even better than NYC. Try Shrimp and string beans. Shrimp egg rolls. Won Ton soup. Yum

  Uncle M.. This place has been my favorite Chinese restaurant for 15 years.Now things have changed. The staff was all of the Asian decent. .But not anymore. .It’s full of rude REDNECK loud and obnoxious waitress. Will not return until the rude staff is properly fired or let go…
