Assembly far as Mexican food goes this is the best I’ve had in this area. Food is always served hot and service is above average. Luis is the best server there. He’s very attentive and checks on you frequently. I’ve been there at least a dozen times and never had a bad experience. I’ll definitely go back and ask for Luis.

Guacamole is mixed with sour cream. It’s creamy and bland. Tastes like it’s store bought. Everything else is pretty par American Mexican food. Prices are really good though. You get what you pay for here. Definitely tastier options around town.

New Favorite Mexican Restaurant. My fiance and I like to try different places randomly and just by driving by we chose El Ranchero. Let me break this down (besides just telling you we LOVED it!)Atmosphere & Staff–FANTASTIC. The interior decoration is very warm and welcoming, the staff was pleasant and our server was amazing. There weren’t many people in there when we went (a Saturday night at 8:30 pm). Food–Beyond amazing. Their menu is very detailed & helpful, the staff explained a few things that I didn’t know what they were, and it was UNIQUE. I’ve been to several Mexican places and usually it’s the same things at every place. While El Ranchero had a lot you would expect (fajitas, taquitos, burritos, etc) they had some dishes I’d never seen or heard of before. I don’t remember what the names were but his was basically a goblet of meat that was FANTASTIC and it came with a bowl of ham and bean soup. I ordered a cream sauce dish that blew my mind, I’d never have expected something like it at a Mexican restraunt.Drinks & Dessert–Awesome! I got a Pina Colada and my fiance got a Margarita and both were awesome. Mine you couldn’t taste the alcohol in really, but I could feel it. And his margarita…well….it was a 16 oz shot of tequila (haha I tease), it was awesome. We got the Soppapillas for dessert to share and again, fantastic.Prices–Very, very decent. For two drinks, two higher priced dinners, and a dessert we spent $50. The drink were $5 and $8 (he got a bigger drink than me), the dessert was $4, and our meals were like $15 and $17. There were cheaper meals, but we both got a special. This is hands down the best mexican I’ve had EVER! I’ll DEFINATELY be back when I get a craving =D

Authentic Mexican, but very, very poor service. May have caught them on a bad day (the day after Christmas). Food is good, but not the salsa!
