Authentic dim sum and Shanghai dumplings! (Plus other foods)The soup dumplings are authenic so they provide an instruction card on how to garnish and eat for us Americans. The barbeque pork buns, sesame buns, etc. are all good. Soup broths are not too salty.We talked with the server today and they are 4 ladies trying to establish a small restaurant with quality, authentic Shanghai food–so think lots of dumplings, light stirfry. They do offer lo meins and fried rice, but not the American standards of General Tso’s, kung pau, etc. The dim sum takes a lot of hand preparation, so they plan to keep the menu limited and authentic.I wish they could offer more variety of dim sum items–perhaps if enough people patronize!They have a Facebook page. Expect the menu to continue to evolve.If you haven’t tried the array of Chinese dumplings and buns–give it a try and help them get established. Aug 2016Have been visiting occasionally. Still serving authenic handmade Shanghai dumplings. Expanded menu to add some more standard Chinese American restaurant items.Closed 3-5pm and on Mondays.

It is sooooooo good!. Everything is handmade, everything is so good. Especially the soup dumplings, it is real Chinese food,taste the same when I was eat in China.
