Had over 30 minute wait. Waiter friendly. Had to ask for silver ware straws napkins ketchup. Burger was average. Onion rings too big and over battered. Fries limp and small.portions.should have gone to 5 guys. Won’t go back.
Service & Food Hit/Miss. Over the years, this location has gone down hill. Recently I got the absolute worst service. It wasn’t busy, but I somehow got lost in the small crowd. Poor Management is the only reasonable answer for decline of what I would have considered one of my favorite sports bars. I’ll go to Y-not next time i’m in PTC.
Terrible. Tap beer tasted old. Blue moon came with orange but tasted nothing like a blue moon. Bottled beer seemed safe. Waitress kept telling stories about her daddy and going on cigarette breaks. Literally sat there for an hour waiting on refills. Nachos were a large plate with crushed up chips, a head of shredded lettuce and a bit of shredded cheese. Burger came out well well done. Tasted terrible. Utterly ridiculous. Will not be back. This place will go under at some point due to miss management. Fire the high school kids working there trying to be clever.
Go for the Beer, not the Food. Beer Selection: A+Food: C-Service: C-I sometimes meet friends at Taco Mac and I just purchase another beer in lieu of food.
Service Quality. The service is a little slow sometimes. When we sit in the bar area it seems we don’t get service as good as those in large parties who order much alcoholic beverages. Guess the waitresses prefer these customers more and they make it obvious. It is good for lunch; so, if you want good service and don’t want to hear people yelling during a game or something you should come during lunch. As for specials, they never send out coupons or offer specials such as 2 for $20 or anything of that sort; so, we don’t go there as much as we would if they did offer such discounts. The email club only sends announcements about new beers for the month; so, they don’t target the whole audience that would help this business grow more and attract new customers. Overall, I probably would not return due to the above factors mentioned. I have many choices in this market and they need to do more to compete with the other big players in sit down dining.
