Poor Customer Service Will Not Do!I had seen good reviews for the restaurant and was looking forward to trying them out. After a long day I planned to stop in last night and get some take-out. I checked their restaurant hours to make sure I would be able to get there before they closed since I was driving from two counties over. I found that they close at 10 pm so I had enough time. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:40 pm which would have been plenty of time to get something to-go. I have done this at plenty of other restaurants. I went to the counter and the lady at the counter said that they were closed. I was quite surprised since there was about 20 minutes until they were scheduled to close. I told the lady that it was only 9:40 and I thought they closed at 10:00. She replied, Yeah, but we close at 9:30. So I left and went to Chipotle (which also closes at 10) and I still got a meal.If you advertise that you close at 10:00 pm then you should take orders up to 10:00 pm otherwise you should advertise your closing time as 9:30 pm. The times Tacos La Villa posts are false and misleading. Also since I was getting an order to-go they could have prepared the order and been able to complete it prior to 10 pm.I wont waste my time coming to this restaurant again!

With that said, I won’t go to many of the Mexican restaurants in the Atlanta area because their quality is not there. But, this place is a breath of fresh air. Stop wasting your money at the La Parrillas of the world and check this out.
