Fish lovers. I took my hubby out for his birthday, a fish lover. We like the ambiance and customer service good but the food was ok, to my disappointment. I live locally and wanted to try but planned it for a special occasion. We had the calamari for starter which needed seasoning, once we added salt it was better. I had the lobster and he had a grill whole fish. Let’s say for the cost if the meal I expected more favour and better tasting foodAs I said the servers were very attentive and friendly that’s good but I went for the good which was a let down. A balance important
Wonderful Creme Brulee. Their creme brulee is my favorite. Perfectly cool with amazing vanilla flavors. It depends on the cook of the night as to how your entree will be. I have gone twice and ordered the same thing – the filet mignon with crab cake – and the first time it was absolutely delicious and the second it was good, but not great. I’d recommend Bonefish Grill if you don’t mind spending $40 per person after drinks, entrees, and dessert.
Pretentious. While I have had a few meals there that I liked, overall I would say that this restaurant is trying too hard to be something that it is not. Is it better than Red Lobster? Yes. Is the staff friendly? Yes. But…. Is there any reason for the NORMAL one hour wait time, the way too dim lighting, the prices, the generally lofty descriptions of food that while decent, is certainly not anything to brag about? No.
What happened?. We ate here just before Christmas, had a very good night – poor lighting the only complaint. A recent visit had me dumbfounded. Food was badly prepared, the ‘signature sauces’ a complete joke. Sides were OK.Service – very good, probably the saving grace. At $16 for an entree – I won’t be rushing back any time soon. Oh and why pour the wine into a mini carafe and then pour again into a glass??
The service was very good and Bonefish is a nice chain without being too fancy. The bang bang shrimp were delicious as an appetizer and they were serving them in the bar as a complimentary dish while people waited for a table. I ordered the shrimp pad thai because it was one of the specials for the night and it was good, but not great. Noodles were a little overcooked and there were pieces of shrimp shell in the dish. fromballparkstobbq.com
Great. Bonefish Grill is my absolute favorite restaurant!!!
Great food, small portions, expensive. The food here is wonderful. I just wish there were more of it. My entree looked more like an appetizer, and that’s how my stomach felt after I had eaten nearly $20 of food. I might be going back, after I win the lottery or something.
