Horrible experience…. we first went through the drive through and nobody said anything within the 1st 2 minutes we arrived, no biggie so we went inside and the first thing we noticed was the floor was drenching wet. There is a difference when the floor is wet and when the floor is drenched with water we had to tiptoe our way to the counter. I went to the lavatory to use the facilities and it looked like a rainstorm flooded the bathroom it was so much water. I came out and my boyfriend asked can someone dry the floor up because it’s really wet someone could fall. The employees continually said there are signs up and they turned the fan in. It would have taken hours for the floor to clear up all that water, they continued to be rude and disrespectful to my significant other and not only was the employees disrespectful and rude with their condensing tone but the manager also. It was not until another lady who had came in with her granddaughter ask the employees to clean up the floor because it was really wet, she also received backlash also. She did state you better hope i don’t fall on this floor, it was only after that happened the pulled out a wet mop and started mopping. The whole entire time we are getting eyed for no reason I felt very uncomfortable.Horrible experience will never go again someone need to teach them some cleaning and customer service skills.

It is very unhealthy to touch people food without using gloves when I saw that with my own two eyes I wanted to throw up .no I did not eat the food I just wanted to see that young man face and ask him why he wasn’t wearing gloves on his hand. And he told me a blank lie and I seen him touch my food with no gloves and he told me that he was the manager on duty please Del Taco stop promoting illiterate people as manager he can barely speak English not being funny not being rude it’s just so sad because if he knew better he would have never broke the policy. PS I know there is better employees I will continue to be a customer teach the young man the health code policy

I’ve never tried those but abig fan of their tacos & burritos. It will leave you wondering why you ate atTaco Bell for all of those years…
I tried their shrimp taco and supreme taco. I’ve got to hand it to them. They were both quite tasty. Serving them with fries seem odd to me though so I didn’t do the combo. I’ll definely be back for the shrimp taco.
Way Better than Taco Bell!. I went here today and the chicken burrito and taco was so good. Wasn’t too salty or anything. I’m going here from now on instead of Taco Bell. Taco Bell tastes like old dog food.
