Horrible Cutomer Service. Their customer service is appalling. We go in and spend so much money, but the ladies in front are rude, sluggish and disrespectful. I suggest they take a few classes on excelllent customer service, becasue that will take their business a long way.
So-so food. I know we have a reputation of being hostile and aggressive, but that is no way to run a business. I very rarely eat out, and would like to find a decent place to do so if and when I choose, but this place sure won’t be it. And what’s with the closing time!? Saturdays 9ish?!? We get there before 8, people are seated eating but a lady looks out and does the hand to the throat signal. Really!?!? It’s s wonder this place is still in business.
