A local fav.
The food was wonderful. My boyfriend and i ate there for lunch. We had the cheese dip, a taco salad, and a quesadilla. We both ate for 16$. very pleased.
More of a bar than a restaurant.. If you are looking for booze with your Mexican food, and don’t care too much about the flavor, this is the place. The beer and drinks are excellent, but the food is a little on the bland side, but is probably much better when you are drunk.
Wonderful place. Food has good flavor, fun atmosphere and great customer service!

El Som!!!!. $2 Big Beer! The cheese enchiladas are so good. Really good service. I love El Som and miss it now that I don’t live in the Boro anymore.
