For the best pancakes hands down, you have got to try IHOP. The first appeal to this place is that the place is open 24 hours a day . In Statesboro I dont remember there being a waffle house, but we always frequented IHOP. I love their plain pancakes, but I am enjoying several new flavors. I love the nutella crepes. I love the bananas foster brioche french toast, as well as the strawberry banana pancakes. The tasty bacon, eggs, and cheese grits are one of my all time favorites as well. I have eaten heavily off of the breakfast menu but I can honestly say i dont think that I have ever eaten anything besides the chicken fried chicken off the dinner menu. The chicken was undercooked years ago, so i relegate myself to the breakfast menu. I make sure to always ask for shelled eggs with anything i order, as well as fresh coffee. This place is great for a night cap after being out in savannah all night.
