This is simply one of the most amazing restaurants in this city. The shrimp dressing that goes on their salad is my all time favorite. I love the mushroom soup. It is so simple yet the mushrooms with the scallion make a great dish by itself in the deliciously savory broth. I come for the sushi rolls. I get all kinds at this location. I love the fried chicken rolls. It is a small piece of chicken deep fried in tempura batter. I like the eel roll as well as the California roll. I have never been a fan of the spicy tuna roll, but I will eat almost any kind of sushi roll from Nikkos. The service is always great here and so is the authentic Japanese decor. The sashimi is also great here as well. When you are looking for great sushi rolls this is the best place in statesboro to get them. I suggest the eel roll and ask them to put roux on the top of your sushi rolls it gives your roll a tart pop.
