I would ask all the negative reveiwers to give this MM location another try. I found it to be the best service and environment of any MM in the metro area.

Always busy so it’s hard to get in. But the pizza is great
Mellow Mushroom produces my favorite pizza. Unfortunately, this location rarely gets my to go orders correct. I will have to start looking at my order before I walk out the door.
I love the food. Everything always seems fresh but the wait staff is hit or miss. I’ll just get mine to go please.
To those that wrote negative reviews a few months back, try it again. I think they have worked out a lot of the kinks. MM does not appear dirty to me, and as far as slow, fresh made pizza takes time. When they first opened in the spring the service was slow and you hardly ever saw your waiter if you needed something. I feel it has gotten muchbetter and we go around twice a month. The quality is the same as any of the other MM’s around Gwinnett. So glad to have one in Suwanee now….
