A True Neighborhood Gem If There Ever Was One. Cozy, Welcoming, Great Food, Always Something New Or A Wonderful Special To Take Advantage Of. Fantastic Wine List, Careful Cocktails. Totally Worth A Simple Weekly Meal Or A Special Occasion. I Love This Place!

By the time we arrived, it was hot as blue blazes and we were still in a whirlwind from walking around the very crowded Krog Street Market. We were looking for somewhere we could eat and relax while getting a chance to cool off at the same time. The Shed at Glenwood was welcoming right from the start and we were quickly seated and greeted by Matt, our server, who promptly provided us with some refreshing beverages.I have been hearing some really good things through the foodie grapevine about the Sunday brunch and was so excited to see what all the fuss was about. For those of you who have been reading our blog for some time, you know we are especially skeptical when we hear good things. This is probably because we seldom find them to be true. The Shed at Glenwood though, met and exceeded our expectations! atlanta-food-critic.com

Not Bad But Not Great. My wife and I went to The Shed for the first time this evening to celebrate our anniversary. It was nice to try something different but we weren’t impressed enough for a second visit. We both had fish. The halibut was good. The salmon was so so. We ordered a Southern sampler as an appetizer. That was also pretty good, although it came out with a piece of wilted celery as a garnish. The interior of the restaurant is large and industrial. It was very loud. It would have been nice if they had seated us by a window or one of the booths seats, but instead they put us in the middle of the floor next to a table of about fifteen businessmen drinking beer. I had indicated in advance that is was our anniversary but they didn’t seem to know. Our server was very pleasant but seemed to have a lot of tables he was trying to cover. The best part of the evening was exploring the Glenwood/East Atlanta neighborhood. We’ll definitely go back to check out other places.

Great food, great service! The salmon was the best I’ve had.

Cute place. Sunday Mimosas(OJ base) are strong and not watered down, which is good if that is the deal maker for you. Portions are small. French toast is the hot item and my fellow diners loved it.

Descent food…the server Tony was fabulous! The beet salad was to die for. Unimpressed w Risotto balls, kind of tasteless. Bacon popcorn addictive!
