Excellent in a word, had dinner here as it was the only place open on Monday night, it was so good we returned the following night (tonight) again. Blackened Catfish with cheese grits is outstanding, not something I would normally order, but I had it last night and my wife had it tonight, both times, outstanding. I had the Ruben sandwich tonight and it was very good as well. Good variety of dishes on the menu, nice selection of drinks of all sorts as well. We sat outside both times and it is really nice, such a nice neighbourhood. definately give it a try, price is very reasonable as well.
I would expect that as a manager of any establishment that guest satisfaction would be the number one priority. I would also hope that the situation I experienced is no way indicative of the type of service that you strive to provide your guest. I have not been back since the incident, when in fact it was somewhere I frequented in the past. Now it is more of a problem with management than it was with service. I would hope that you valued my patronage, unfortunately it does not feel that way since there has not been a response to my e-mail for a couple of weeks. I called and spoke with the owner(Karen) about the incident she stated she never received. All fine considering I won’t be back given that the opportunity was not taken to correct ridiculously absurd customer service.

The food is consistently good, but the service is rapidly declining. I recommended this place to out of town friends and was embarrased by the slow, nonchalant service. Won’t go back for a while.

Terrible Service. I went here first about 3 months ago and it was a perfect meal. I was so excited that we found a great restaurnt that we decided to go again the following week. The pasta dish that i ordered was not fresh and it was MICROWAVED!! and reheated and that is a big No-No for any kind of decent dining, what is this pizza hut??. I told the waiter and he didn’t seem concerned at all and told me that they don’t make their pasta fresh and whatever way it comes out is what i’ll have to deal. This happened the third time i went too. But what troubled me is that the manager didn’t even ask how they can make anything better next time. of he three servers tht i had one of them was excellent the others were awful and in my opinion the chef has no class or cooking etiquette. On the other hand the location is great and the decor is warm and inviting too bad i can’t say that about the service
