Went as a suggestion of a coworker, the food was decent, the price was great, decent parking, this place was also written up in the paper as one of the best places to eat in Atlanta. The staff were extremely kind & proficient in their duties.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! We ordered over $50 over the phone, confirmed order 2 times. My wife and mother picked up the food and asked for chopsticks and extra duck sauce and personnel began to explain that that will be extra charge for chopsticks and 2 packets of duck sauce??!!?! Then we realize they forgot an item from the order and the restaurant proceeded to get an attitude because of their mistake. The only reason we frequent this restaurant is due to its close proximity to our house because the food to be honest is not that tasty. Small portions and high cost. My family and I will no longer be receiving business from this restaurant.
Rude. I have no idea what their food is like, but their delivery service is barely worth the trouble. I live just outside their delivery zone and was told so very rudely by a very short-tempered individual on the phone. When I asked if they took orders for take-out I was outright hung up on with quite a huff from the man on the phone. I don’t think I’ll be bothering to pay them a visit if their people are that rude.
User reviews. Good food and good service, attentive without being invasive. Enjoyed having hot tea on the table. Portions were large enough to take home for a second meal. They even added extra rice to our take home!
