There is no going back!!. No way will I go back to this place. The hospitality in this place is non-existent. I was a regular customer for lunch until a year ago when my job took me away from the area. Wanting to do one for old time’s sake, the day before Thanksgiving I called to find out if they would be open on Friday for lunch. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and put me on a very long hold, but I finally found out they would be open. With happy anticipation, I showed up there for Friday lunch, the open sign and the sign announcing the lunch special was on in the front window. I went in and was directed to a table and given a menu. There was only a party of three finishing eating in the place. I asked for the lunch menu and was told there was no lunch special that day. I referred the server –who seemed to be the rude lady on the phone from Wednesday–to the sign in the window and mentioned that I called on Wednesday. She was indifferent at best and would not give me a lunch menu repeatedly telling me they were not serving it that day. Finally, after being left to just there I asked for the manager. A man with an attitude came over. I had to ask who he was and he told me that he was the owner. I explained to him what had transpired after which he also refused me the lunch menu and in the end just left me to sit. He did explain that he only opened at all that afternoon because he had to prep for dinner. As I walked out I was invited to come back some other time. I told them: no way!! This place has really gone down hill in the service department and is it any wonder with an owner who thinks he is doing his customers a favor by just opening his doors?

Gourmet Rotting Garbage Surprise: (Mai Thai Cat Fish). The sauce and veggies were nice, however this second visit after a first excellent visit yielded the following. 50% of the fish was ~ok~, the rest… part was un-cooked… jelly-like, but in batter. Some looked like someone had chewed some chicken, spat it out, microwaved it until rock hard, added batter and sauce warmed slightly and served.. mmm …. lastly some black goo that looked like it came from the drain – again in batter…

Lovely decor, good service. But beware. When you ask for three rating of spiciness on your food they are not kidding around. And I grew up on this stuff!
