Found out pollo loco & pollo tropical are two separAte chains, though they season , prepare & cook their chicken similarly. Went to pollo tropical for their 8 piece special with rice & corn. Everything was very flavorful, great price. The baked chicken could have been cooked longer, the skin wasn’t completely done. Love the location right off of the Northlake mall exit in the Target parking lot. Very clean location. Will definitely return.
