Great BBQ sandwich. I had their BBQ sandwich and I must admit it was more than I expected… The Texas Toast was spot on and the meat was juicy, piled high, and I even got the bark in the out side of the meat! The bbq sauce is good three different flavors hot, sweet, and mild. Ribs that I saw ordered looked good too.. Have to try that next time 🙂 I will agree with Impossible Good review that the staff could look and act more enthusiastic about being there.. No smiles or personality, kind of like zombie land..
Horrible. Totalky disgusting!!!04 Mar, 2014Horrible!. I ordered the combo dinner with ribs and pulled pork the pork had ZERO flavor even with the sauce. I had to sdd alot of sakt and pepper. the hot sauce was not even slightly hot. no different from the other sauces. the fries were repulsive!!! the Brunswick stew was disgusting! the ribs were tolerable but only because I could not stomache anything else on the plate! save your time and money this is NOT BBQ. im from Memphis and know Q. YUCK!
Tasted Like BBQ was Re-Heated in a Microwave. . …….I ate about 14 of my plate, then chunked it in the trash and went to chick-fil-a for a milkshake instead.
BBQ and a Nap!. A co worker brought me to Ohio Hogs for lunch last year, and it has turned into my pick me up lunch, on those days you really want good home made BBQ this is the place to go, it really takes me back to the family reunions, where your grandaddy and uncles put their heart and soul into the art of BBQThe ladies that are here most days are super friendly and Ohio Hogs does a lot with the communityThis is the place to go if youre missing those family BBQs
Tasty. Yesterday was my first visit to the Ohio Hog Company. I am so happy there is finally a BBQ joint in the area. After waiting 30 minutes for my meal (I will call ahead next time), I was mildly disappointed in my ribs; I don’t particularly care for blackened meat, but the ribs were so tender, juicy and flavorful. The baked beans were wonderful and the brunswick stew was equally good. The smell is what draws you in. I will go back again and give the ribs a second try. I am so anxious to try the other menu offerings.
BEEF BBQ at Last!!. I am a Texan living in Georgia and have plans to stay now that we have found real BBQ! The Ohio Hog Company is the best kept secret in Georgia. If the owners weren’t so nice, I wouldn’t be writting this now. The chopped or sliced beef is so D-E-Lish sometimes, I wake up with a craving for the OHC! My husband love the chicken and the baked potatoes are large and tasty as well. They serve a variety of meets but have odd hours, so plan accordingly, Don’t forget to try the HOT BBQ sauce as well it is out of this world.
The Ohio Hog Company catered a large party on Sunday and the food was awesome. There was a variety of items to choose from.We drove by there late on Monday and they were already closed. We had our mouths ready for some smoked chicken wings and their homemade barbeque sauce.Andrea
