Very good!. Sure, the place is a bit pricy BUT I really haven’t had anything bad from them. The hamburgers are to die for and cooked to order. The steaks, well, the steaks are big, trimmed and spectacular! The staff greets you with a smile.
Good steak. Traveling through and 3rd time at Austin’s. Had a problem with the service. It appears they gave us a waiter that was covering to different rooms. After I complained the service was better. The food was very good. New York strip excellent and the Cesar salad and baked potato was also first class. My wife had a chicken dish that was also excellent. I would definitely go back.
Don’t order poured alcohol. The drinks are VERY stingy. The food and service are mediocre. There are a number of far superior choies in Valdosta.
Best in Valdosta. Best place to eat in Valdosta hands down. The seafood, veggies are wonderful!
This is an addiction I can quit. This restaurant is not as good as it is hyped up to be
Over priced Cowboy steak house !. My wife and I finally tried this place Once! IThere was so much talk about this place so we gave it a try. Wasn’t that impressed. The steaks were not of good quality and it is hard to get the steak cooked to your perfection. Go to Outback or Longhorn and you won’t pay as much and get a much better steak !

Than impressed ! It was almost closing and my wife and I stopped we were traveling to a trade show in Fl. Matt introduced himself and brought us water , we were then greeted by a very knowledgable waitres who I think was Arlene. ?? Not only did she know the menu she suggested a great wine ! Unfortunately you were out but quickly offered alternative . Explained we could take whatever we couldn’t finish we could take with us .That was a first . Arlene guided us through our Appettixer . Grief veggies.yummy we had a free card through the hotel ) Wr never felt rushed throughout our entire meal . We ended up being the only ones there . she had much information on the steaks and cuts. My wife and I both had the filets . We share one baked potatoes and had the mushrooms as another side per her suggestion . The cook did as wonderful job on everything We also took a piece of key lime pie Togo . I never right reviews but y’all deserve this . I think putBut my wife thought you guys needed a shout out. . We travel a lot through And Fl . For work .THE PRICE , QAULITY AND ATTEMTION TO DETAIL WAS RIGHT ON . We were hesitant to go to a hotel restaurant. but Arlene assured us we were in for a surprise ,we will be back and ask for Arlene she wAs a perfect waitress Always there and accomadating ! Better than any comparable chain ! We will be back and may just stay at your hotel and we can finish the bottle of wine 😉 my wife told me the girls name was Darleen . Her and Matt , made our night after a long day on the road . The really tall manager stopped by and we told him he had a great place . Hiding Thanks for a wonderful dining experience !
