The food here is typical of all restaurants in this chain. What sets this location apart is the service. The service here is abysmal. The servers are rude at best. They do not greet you when you walk in, and seem to revel in not helping their customers out. The are very slow and seem to try and find ways to make your visit as unpleasant as possible. It will be a long time before I ever patronize this establishment again.
Pitiful Service Ruins Any Chance of Enjoying Their Food. I have visited the Valdosta BWW many times. I kept thinking that the service would improve on my next visit or that only 1 one of the waitresses is bad. They are all bad! After my last visit there, I will not return. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in a restaurant. The wait staff could care less about meeting simple common requests for things like utensils and plates. I was amazed by my last visit where the rude waitress on my previous visit was still rude and actually training a new waitress. If you don’t believe me, give it a try and see for yourself. Order a beer and watch it sit while the waitress chats with her friends. Ask for utensils and extra plates and be told they don’t come with appetizers. Ask for napkins and wait with dirty fingers until the waitress shows up 10 minutes later to explain she was busy. Enjoy!
