The food is not bad we went on 4/23/16 at 12 ;58 almost all the chicken was out no original, several empty pans, the area around the drink machine was very nasty, had to clean my own table while one of the employees sat in the corner on her cell! My husband won’t go anywhere else, personally it would never be my choice, I have commented numerous times and nothing has changed. Belivia was the cashier and was nice, your plates are so small it is ridiculous (changed since the last time) Please clean this place and update!
I walked in the door at 8:40 with 7 other people. The seats on the booths were greasy. (We wiped them down) I went up to place an order and they informed me that the buffet was closed. The buffet was full of food and two other customers were still eating from it. We would have never even went if we had known this cause the sign said 10:00. The manger said he would be there until 11:00 if he let us eat. Ok. I will never stop there again. Everyone acted like it was a hassle to be at work. I owned a business for 16 yrs. and I would have to clean house if that was my place of business. We went to Chic- fil -A down the road where we received excellent service!

How hard is it to take an order and enter it correctly into the register? And before anyone replies… YES I have worked fast food! I ordered slowly and clearly… I would like the 6 piece with dark meat only extra crispy. For the side I would like potato salad. I would also like 3 small mac and cheese, 2 small baked beans and 1 small mashed potato with gravy and a gallon of sweet tea. I hear… Mam, was that dark meat only, extra crispy and what other side with the meal would you like. I reply… doesn’t it only come with one… I hear … OH YEAH!I get home and the first piece of chicken I pull out of the box was a breast and original crisp! There are no biscuits… the potato salad is not eatble because the potatoes are HARD and there was no gravy on the mashed potatoes! I could go on and on…. BUT on a good note… the kids said the sweet tea was pretty good and the baked beans had a great flavor.Overall…. I will not be back!
This KFC also has a nice lunch buffet for about $8 with a drink. The buffet is small but has the usual corn, baked beans, okra, mashed potatoes, biscuits and fried chicken. No strips and a small salad bar but for the price you can not beat this deal. Great chicken and a clean restaurant. I love the food and the employees are always nice. A+++
