Won’t Return. This place is not representative of Outback Steak House. Steak improperly cooked, everything brought to the table at the same time, had to beg for utensils. When I asked to speak to the manager he wouldn’t cone to the table. Longhorn is next door. They will have my business on my next trip.
Not Happy for Happy New Year’s Meal. I went to Outback today with my son to use up a $25 gift card. He ordered the Bloomin’ Onion and the babyback ribs with fries. He said both were pretty good. I ordered the 10oz. ribeye with fries, and I wanted it well done but not burnt. The server asked if I wanted to try the bone-in ribeye, and I said OK without thinking to ask if there was a size or price difference. I guess I thought they had a 10oz boneless or a 10oz bone-in. When our plates came, the fries were obviously way overcooked. The ribs looked great, and my son said they were good. However, my steak was also way overdone. I know I’m in the minority when I order well done, but that does not mean I want my steak charred black and inedible in places. I didn’t complain because I was basically getting a free meal, but I was still shocked when the check came. The 16oz ribeye was $24 just by itself. I doubt what I had was a 16oz steak. My son said paying $25 for the two of us wasn’t bad, but that didn’t make me feel any better. I have always preferred other steakhouses to Outback, so now I know for sure I won’t be back.

They consistently undercook thick steaks. Many servers have an uncaring attitude. Food delivery takes too long. Problems have been consistent for a long time.
