  The head manager is extremely rude and argumentative with his customers if they have a complaint or a concern.He was rude when he took my order over the phone as though he didn’t care and in the middle of me ordering, instead of telling me hold he left the phone for a minute and had someone else come on the line to take my order.I ordered my wings extra wet not crispy and my fries were suppose to be crispy.i get my order and the wings are extremely hard and dry and not extra wet and my fries tasted as though they were undercooked.when I called to complain instead of listening to what I was saying he tried to defend his cooking (yes he cooked them not a chef) and then proceed to yell at me when I simply corrected him because he repeated the wrong complaint that had. To top it off he hung up on me several times when I tried to call back to get the issue resolved and he was still argumentative and tried to dismiss my complaint.bottom line never dismiss or argue with a customer especially if they are loyal to your business as well as recommending the business to major companies in West GA.I will not be going back and it’s because of him. GC Feathers needs a new manager ASAP.

  Best wings and bugers in the west ga area when my man is back there on the grill and fryer the food wasn’t so good as usual he wasn’t there last week guest he cook and do deliveries.whenever you go there ask for him or another lady i think she is the manager perfect food tasted, best customer sevice ,100% two thumbs up
