This is the second bad review I’ve had to do. I don’t write bad reviews but this is two in a row. Ordered the spaghetti meat sausage and meat balls. Dish soap, I don’t know where this taste came from but dish soap. The meat balls, cardboard just tasted like cardboard. I judge sauce by the way it sits on the crown jewel of noddles, this was red water, when I see red water in spaghetti I cringe, amateur just amateur sauce. Send this back. Ordered the mushrooms and sausage. Can you burn the sausage some more please it’s just not dark and hard enough for me. I know I’m spoiled Italian is my best I cook. I like Carrabba’s I really do it’s my fav Italian place to go, but this one has got to be looked at, I mean no one in this restaurant knows what things should taste like. They know how to plate it, but looks only get you so far. The salad was great and the wine was very good.

Not sure what has happened over the past few years but the quality of food and service have gone down the proverbial toilet. Lunch today was absolutely pathetic. I ordered the Johnny Rocco salad and the scallops were small, dry, tough, and few. We had an old receipt with a survey which my elderly father took, and it had a coupon for a free appetizer. Said it was good for 30 days. Apparently the receipt date was a few days (less than 5) over 30, and the manager told us she wouldn’t take it. Mind you, my parents and my family are here a lot. The female manager just lost 11 year customers over an 8.00 appetizer and our last crappy meal we will have at Carrabbas. I predict this place will be closed in a couple of years. They started cutting corners and have terrible customer service. Also the tall African-American hostess was as warm and friendly as a rattlesnake. A once good and reliable place has become worse than a chicken parm sandwich at Burger King .
Caesar side salad was pitiful. Calamari was overcooked and tough. I know this is a chain so i guess i shouldnt have expected any different. Service was actually good. So there is a small positive.
Typical chain food… Nothing special. Mediocre at best.
Delicious food. Extremely poor service. Not worth it. Stay away.
Carrabas is a good place for girlfriend gathering & grilled food kept me within my Weight Watchers points.
