Always a great stop while in the mall! I come for their Mashed potatoes but always get an amazing meal along with it. Great soup selections. Service is always wonderful! Never a problem getting a seat and quick service.
Disappointing. I’ve worked at Fresh 2 Order for a year–Johns Creek location so I may be expecting too much. We went around noon–so we expected the lunch rush. What I didn’t expect was the manager coming up to us 30 minutes after we ordered food to tell us ‘when your black bean burger came out, I didn’t like it, so I sent it back and now I’m making you a fresh one’. So what THAT means in the food industry is ‘I forgot to make your food’. This isn’t terrible…it happens. When he came back to give us our food, I asked him to bring me a side of southwestern dressing. I still don’t have a side of southwestern ranch dressing. Still. I then asked one of the waitresses for a to go box for my soup. Waited 5 minutes and asked a waiter the same question. He brought it out so I packed up and got ready to leave when the original waitress came back with a bag and box. She saw that I had one so she threw the bag on my table, scoffed, and walked away. At this point–I’m telling myself that I’m never coming back here again. She proceeded to come back to our table to say ‘you’re leaving right?’ and grumbled under her breath while she cleaned our area. I know how frustrating and hectic a lunch rush can be and it’s not easy to do multiple things for all the customers, but the only way to succeed in the food industry is to be courteous to the clients. I was so excited to try out Fresh 2 Order on the other side of the register for the FIRST time–and now I’m thoroughly disappointed. I’m hoping it’s just a bad day and clients are not treated this way every day at this location–but I hope you read these comments and take it into consideration.

Your Cumberland location is an abomination. You are continually short staffed, and the quality of your food continues to decline. I continue to give this shop a chance, but continually disappointed. Inexperienced staff at the register….causing long delays at the register. I am making it my mission to tell my friends to not eat at this location…including my company who caters from you.
Fast & accomidating. Great fast food spot.. always fresh. Love the spinach salad with chicken & strawberries.
Good food quick. My husband and I wanted a good but quick lunch and we were very happy with the recommendation of F2o. It was exactly what we wanted. We both had soup and salad. Both were very good and fresh. The staff was pleasant and efficient. The restaurant is attractive…bright and airy. A good experience. We will go back again.
Magnificant!. The sandwich was perfection on a plate. It met all my expectations of taste, presentation and atmosphere! You will be seeing me often.
